Delivery and payment

We deliver across Latvia, and you can also collect your order at our showroom in Riga.

How to order

  1. Add to cart

    Add the products you want to the cart.

  2. Fill in your details

    Enter your contact details and choose delivery. The total including delivery is shown before you confirm.

  3. Pay

    Pay for the order to complete it.

  4. Receive it

    Usually within 1–2 working days if the item is in stock.

Parcel lockers

Omniva and DPD parcel lockers across Latvia.

Courier

Delivery to the address you give in Latvia.

Payment

Prices are in euros.

Returns and warranty

Can I return an item?

Private customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Write to siffo@siffo.lv. The right of withdrawal does not apply to companies.

Who pays for the return shipping?

The customer, unless the item does not match the order — for example, it is the wrong item or damaged.

What if the item is faulty?

Contact us at siffo@siffo.lv as soon as possible, and no later than 2 months after you notice the fault. We reply within 15 days.
