Frequently asked questions
How often should a coffee machine be descaled?
Whenever the machine asks for it, and at least as often as the maker recommends — usually every 1–3 months, depending on water hardness and how much coffee you make. If the machine has become slow or the coffee is not hot enough, descaling often helps.
Can I descale the machine myself?
Yes — most machines have a descaling programme. You will find descalers, cleaning tablets and milk system cleaners in our shop. If the machine is already badly scaled, it is better to leave it to the service centre.
Can I buy parts separately?
Yes. Seals, milk jugs, grinders, brewing units and other parts are in the “Coffee machine parts” section of our shop. If you are not sure which part fits your machine, write to us.
